The regular set includes:

Seder Plate - קערה

The plate is where all the following content goes.

Paschal lamb - זרוע

A piece of roasted meat. This symbolises the Pascal Lamb.

Egg - ביצה

The egg - Baytza symbolises the special Festival sacrifice offered on the 14th of Nissan in Temple times

Maror - מרור

The bitter herbs (usually horseradish) symbolises the bitterness of the Egyptian bondage.

Haroset - חרוסת

A special mixture of ground apples, and cinammon. This symbolises the mortar used by the Israelites to build the Egyptian buildings.

Karpas - כרפת

This can be any vegetable except those used for maror. This is an hour d'oeuvre and signifies that we are free people and no longer in Egyptian bondage.

Chazeret - חזרת

Another piece of maror.
