Return Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by 1800eichlers.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Condition of returned Goods

All returned/exchanged items must be in its original packaging.

The return must be done within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Proof of purchase must be enclosed with package (send copy and keep original).

Wrong Item

Items that were shipped in error, such as wrong item, wrong description, etc., may be returned for full refund. As soon we receive the item back, we will issue a credit to the account used for the original transaction in the amount of the purchase price of the product, including shipping fees..

Defects

As soon we receive the item back, we will issue a credit to the credit card used for the original transaction in the amount of the purchase price of the product. For defective products (items that were shipped with a defect) or those that were shipped in error, we will also refund related shipping charges.

Exchanges

If you want to replace or exchange the product you have returned, please indicate this in the comments box of the return paperwork.

If your want 1800eichlers.com to ship you a replacement before you ship your return, 1800eichlers.com will charge your account for the replacement, and refund you for the return as soon as we receive it.

Drop-Shipped Orders

Certain products are marked as being shipped from a vendor/partner warehouse. Items that are drop-shipped, requires an 20% restocking fee for all returns, except for damaged goods.

Non Returnable Items

Eichlers does not accept returns of the following items:

  1. Electronic Products, such as Kosher Lamp, Kosher Clock, TorahPod, etc.
  2. Customer orders, such as Thick Tzitzis on Arba kanfos, Handmade tzitzis on PerfTzit, Etc.
  3. Down-loadable software products
  4. Gift certificates
  5. Pay As You Go (or prepaid) phone cards
  6. and all other products that are marked as "Not Returnable"

Item-Specific Policies

Media and Software
All media (audio cassettes, CDs, video cassettes, DVDs, CD-ROMs, etc.) or software (educational, games, databases, etc.) that the original packaging has been opened, cannot be returned or exchanged.
If disk was shipped with a defect, it could be exchanged for another disc of the same title.
Only after confirmed by a Return Inspector to be a defect, qualifies for this policy.
If Disc is not compatible with your disc-drive, it is not a defect.
