Why is it necessary to be Woven Lishmoh?

It says in Chumash (Devarim, 22:12) גדילים תעשה לך על ארבע כנפות כסותך אשר תכסה בה. This means: Twisted threads you shall make for yourselves on the four corners of your garment with which you cover yourself.

Now, when the Torah says "גדילים תעשה לך", It means, according to the Chachomim, that it must be made לשם חובך, for the name of your commandment.

What is the Difference between the Chareidim/חרדים מנופץ לשמה and the other מנופץ לשמה's?

The Way It Was. For hundreds of years, Tzitzis/ציצית was manufactured by special individuals who inherited the experience from their parents for generations. There was a special "spinning wheel" that was used by the Tzitzis-Makers throughout the generations, with no change to the mechanism. It was known to all, that Tzitzis/ציצית could be purchased only with a reliable Tzitzis-Maker.

The Age of Industrialization. Later, the product and its manufacturing became industrialized. It became a product of mass-production, and import. The manufacturers were looking for ways to make productions easier and faster, so they came up with new sets of mechanisms to increase production. (The holy baal Divrei Chaim (rebbe of Sanz) was prawning on these changes.)

The Problem. Especially since the holocaust, all those Tzitzis-Makers vanished, along with all traditional experiences. A new line of manufacturers came afloat with new ideas on how to produce the Tzitzis/ציצית, thus making the "Hand-Spun/עבודת יד" factor very questionable.

The new Chareidim Tzitzis/ציצית: A Better Original. In 1994, The Bes Din Tzedek L'Inyonei Kashros, the Kashrus division of His'Achdos Harabonim (CRC: Central Rabbinical Congress of the USA & Canada) decided to give supervision for the production of Tzitzis/ציצית-Strings, produced in the very original way in was done for all those generations.
